I offer online 1:1 sessions to help you process grief from any kind of loss. Carrying the weight of the grief you’ve experienced is exhausting. You work hard to keep it to yourself and finding new ways to tamp it down. You may feel both proud and saddened, that nobody notices it when they look at you–yet you feel the weight of it day after day. It depletes your energy, impacts your health and has distorted how you look at yourself and who you thought you would be–now. Yoga didn’t fix it, neither did the gym.
