RollerFit is our wellness studio based in Hertford at 115 Fore Street, where we specialise in natural, non-invasive treatments focused on body shaping, detox and revitalisation. We combine lymphatic therapies, massage, exercise and aesthetics treatments to deliver a holistic wellness experience. Our innovative rollers use gentle massaging motion, plus infrared light to stimulate lymphatic drainage, enhance circulation and support cellulite reduction, improved skin tone, muscle recovery and overall detox.
