Prairie Property Services is a Winnipeg, Manitoba–based home health and energy efficiency advisory business founded by Jon Lemer. We provide professional inspections and assessments across three connected areas: home energy and retrofit advisory, mold and indoor air quality, and water damage and moisture assessment - serving Winnipeg, Selkirk, Steinbach, Headingley, East St. Paul, West St. Paul, and St. Norbert. Rather than treating mold, moisture, air quality, and energy performance as separate issues, Prairie looks at the home as one interconnected system. Assessments are performed in-house; any remediation work is coordinated through vetted subcontractors. Jon brings a decade of government energy efficiency experience from Australia to every assessment - clear findings, explained plainly, with no pressure and no guesswork.
