About Phase One Therapy

Phase One Therapy is a community-based occupational therapy service supporting adults across Brisbane and surrounding areas. The team provides personalised, evidence-based support designed to improve independence, safety and quality of life. Services include functional capacity assessments, OT driving assessments, assistive technology, minor home modifications, hospital discharge planning, palliative care, WorkCover assessments and independent occupational therapy reports. Home visits and selected telehealth appointments are available, with each service tailored to the client’s needs, goals and circumstances.
