About Northern Lights Psychotherapy

Northern Lights Psychotherapy offers compassionate, client-centered therapy for children, teens, and adults. Led by Tina Tytko, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), we provide a safe, non-judgmental space to support healing and personal growth. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic and humanistic therapies, we help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship challenges, grief, and more. We proudly support LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent individuals, and those living with chronic illness or disability through individual and group therapy services.
