We have softened our focus on forms/patterns and now incorporate tailored taekwondo/self-defence training attuned to each student for modern times. Juniors or those below Blue Belt benefit from one-to-one martial arts training sessions with the senior black belt instructors, and all sessions include bag work or light sparring. We constantly focus on instilling positive character development in all our students. New students are welcome with 3 x free trial lessons.
