Manufacturing Traceability System

About Manufacturing Traceability System

A manufacturing traceability system ties raw material receiving, work-in-progress stages, and final inspection results into one digital record. When a quality problem turns up after shipment, digging through scattered spreadsheets and paper forms eats up time you don't have. Genealogy tracking links each serial number to the exact process parameters used, which makes root-cause analysis faster and fixes quicker. Soft Designers provides traceability systems that give industrial plants full visibility into the quality history of their products.
