Kellison is a Colorado community management company that has served HOA boards and metropolitan district boards from Loveland since 2001. Unlike property management firms that treat associations as a side service, Kellison manages only community associations and Colorado Title 32 metro districts — two disciplines under one roof, so boards governing a mixed HOA-and-district community work with one team instead of coordinating two vendors. Accounting is handled in-house rather than outsourced: assessment billing and collection, delinquency tracking, budget preparation, reserve planning, and board-ready monthly financials come from the same people who sit in the meetings.
