Iso Fit, established in 1998 by Dawnna Wayburne, offers an incomparable range of Pilates and GYROTONIC® session types for clients to choose from in order to suit the experience, personal training goals, budget and scheduling requirements of our clients. In order to enhance training other exercise methods such as Body Kinetics, Feldenkrais, Fit Ball TRX® and Rommet technique, to mention but a few, may also be applied during sessions to provide an all round mind/body experience. Iso Fit studios are fully equipped with a full range of Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment as well as auxiliary exercise accessories, and consist of a team of dedicated experienced professionals who have been extensively trained in the Pilates and Gyrotonic methods, as well as a variety of other exercise methods.
