Inner Summits is a mind-body psychotherapy practice serving Leslieville from 972 Queen Street East, Suite 200. We help adults and couples with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties using integrative care: individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and breathwork. Clients are matched with a therapist who fits their needs and style, then guided through a clear step-by-step therapy roadmap.
