Igm Exterior Cleaning

About Igm Exterior Cleaning

IGM Exterior Cleaning is a Teesside exterior cleaning business established in 2016 by Ray Spashett. We clean roofs, driveways, patios, block paving, brickwork, render, gutters, fascias, soffits, conservatories and solar panels for homes and businesses across Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Redcar, Billingham, Yarm, Ingleby Barwick and the surrounding TS postcodes. Roofs are cleaned with a low-pressure rotary wash followed by a biocide treatment and carry a 12-month guarantee. With our own cherry picker and a MEWP-qualified operator, we also take on high-access cleaning of gutters, roofs, cladding and signage, often without scaffolding. Fully insured, with a free no-obligation quote on every job.
