Howdy Massage is a licensed, appointment-only massage practice in Austin, Texas, where every session is one-on-one with me, your sole therapist. A graduate of the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage and certified in trigger point therapy and cupping, I focus on quality, personalized care at a reasonable rate. I offer deep tissue, Swedish, relaxation, sports, and trigger point massage, plus stretching and joint mobilization, in my tree house studio or by mobile appointment across the Austin metro. With slow, focused techniques, I ease chronic tension, relieve pain, and support recovery and fitness so you feel and move your best. I tailor each session to your history, aches, and goals, adapting pressure and pace to your comfort.
