Flow with Tori offers full doula support, perinatal yoga, and meditation for expectant and new parents. Tori is a passionate doula, perinatal yoga and meditation teacher, belly bind specialist, and birth educator dedicated to honoring the unique experiences of every client with tailored, empowering care. Services include birth and postpartum doula support, prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, breathwork, and personalized childbirth education. A free initial consultation is available to help families begin their journey to a supported birth experience. We work with clients in Oak Park, Berwyn, River Forest, Austin & the surrounding areas.
