The strength floor includes ten lifting platforms, bumper plates, and free weights to 150 pounds, alongside plate-loaded machines, cable stations, and functional training space. The cardio floor offers fifteen treadmills, eight StairMasters, rowers, bikes, and forty feet of turf. What sets Fitsi apart is the recovery suite: cold plunge, dry sauna, red light therapy, hydromassage, and zero-gravity chairs, all walk-in and all included with VIP membership rather than billed per session. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Members train, recover, and go, on their own schedule, at any hour.
