Eskay Caterers

About Eskay Caterers

Recognizing significant gaps in professionalism, innovation, and creative culinary concepts within Jamaica’s catering industry, CEO Stephen Hamilton founded Eskay Catering in 2012 with a bold vision: to redefine catering in Jamaica and deliver world-class dining experiences. What began with a small team of just three has grown into a dynamic organization of approximately 114 dedicated professionals. Today, Eskay Catering is recognized for its commitment to excellence in food, service, presentation, and hospitality, making us a trusted choice for clients seeking an exceptional Wedding Caterer in Jamaica. Over the years, Eskay Catering has earned the confidence of prestigious local and international clients, including the Brazilian and US Embassies, King’s House, Fontana Pharmacy, Bank of Jamaica, Jamaica Conference Centre, NCB, Scotiabank, BMW Jamaica, and international entertainment icon Ne-Yo, among many others. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond Jamaica. Eskay Catering proudly served as a sponsor of Miss Jamaica Universe 2015, supporting a contestant who went on to win the title. On the international stage, Chef Stephen Hamilton represented Jamaica as a Culinary Ambassador during the country’s Independence celebrations at Google Headquarters in New York. There, our team catered to more than 3,000 guests while showcasing the rich and authentic flavors of Jamaica.
