Training is split across three focused days: Day 1 covers surface prep, concrete grinding, moisture testing, and equipment setup. Day 2 covers installation - flake floors, metallic epoxy, quartz systems, and garage floors. Day 3 covers the business side — pricing, estimating, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and supplier discounts. All tools and materials are provided.
