Del Rae Behavioral Health provides outpatient mental health treatment in San Diego in a supportive, community-focused environment. Our structured programs combine evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with holistic wellness services like yoga, mindfulness, and fitness.
