Calm Guidance Counselling & Support provides compassionate, evidence-based individual, couple, family, and group therapy for children, teens, and adults in Burlington and virtually across Ontario. Our experienced social workers and psychotherapists specialize in supporting anxiety, low mood, neurodivergence, and life transitions. We work collaboratively with clients and families to build practical coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and support emotional regulation. Calm Guidance also offers skill-building and social groups for children and teens, as well as wellness and burnout-prevention sessions for organizations, all delivered in a confidential, non-judgemental environment.
