About Brookvale Hr Solutions

Brookvale HR Solutions is an HR consultancy in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, working with small and medium businesses across Queensland and Australia-wide. Support covers workplace investigations, HR compliance audits, employment contracts, policies and procedures, performance management, terminations, workplace mediation, recruitment, leadership training, psychosocial risk and WHS. You work with one senior HR consultant from first call to final deliverable: no junior handoffs, no account managers, no lock-in contracts, and a fixed fee agreed before any work starts. Most clients start with an HR compliance audit, a structured review of contracts, award coverage, policies and records against the Fair Work Act and the NES.
