Braveminds Academy is an award-winning residential mental health treatment program for adolescent boys ages 11–17 located in Florida and serving families nationwide. The program specializes in helping young men overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, school refusal, social withdrawal, behavioral challenges, and related mental health concerns. Using evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, family therapy, and individualized treatment planning, Braveminds Academy provides a structured and supportive environment where teen boys can develop emotional resilience, improve communication skills, rebuild confidence, and strengthen family relationships. Unlike larger institutional programs, Braveminds Academy offers highly personalized care in a boys-only residential setting designed specifically for the developmental and emotional needs of adolescent males. Family involvement is integrated throughout treatment, ensuring parents have the tools and support necessary to help sustain long-term progress after discharge.
