About Bayside Advocacy

Bayside Advocacy is an independent buyers advocate and vendor advocate based in Brighton, servicing Bayside, Kingston and Glen Eira across Melbourne's inner south-east. Founded by licensed estate agent Petros Ttofari, we represent buyers and sellers only, never both sides of a transaction. For buyers we manage the full acquisition: brief, search, off-market access, due diligence, negotiation and auction bidding through to settlement. For sellers we shortlist and appoint the right selling agent, set pricing strategy and oversee the campaign through to negotiation. One experienced advocate from the first call to the keys.
