Since the rollout began in 2023, owners of 2013 and newer diesel trucks have had to deal with semi-annual emissions testing, registration holds, and confusing compliance rules. We specialize in OBD testing for heavy-duty trucks with 2013 or newer engines and a GVWR over 14,000 pounds. These vehicles require OBD data scans with CARB-certified equipment, not smoke opacity tests.
