For more than 30 years, Regina Jaye,R.E., at her Electrolysis Clinic of Birmingham (we recently moved from many years in Birmingham to the Medical Village in Beverly Hills) has helped men and women remove unwanted hair and get rid of painful ingrown hairs. Owner Regina Jaye, RE began her practice at Jacobson's Department store in Birmingham. A few years later, she opened her own practice, added associates (some of whom are still with her to this day), and relocated to the Beverly Hills Medical Village.
