When I first visited the EVA Air Amsterdam office, I was pleased with the level of customer service. The personnel was really professional, kind, and friendly. They gave me thorough and understandable answers to all of my inquiries regarding my trip and luggage policies. Even though the office was busy, they took their time and didn't rush to help me. I felt appreciated as a customer because of their kind demeanor. I was really impressed by the staff's professionalism and efficiency. I had a great first encounter at the EVA Air Amsterdam office and felt secure about my trip arrangements.
